SHIPPING CHARGES
Orders over $100 receive FREE FREIGHT except for items that state “Additional Shipping Charges Apply”. This includes the following merchandise categories: classroom carpets, furniture equipment, boards or early childhood active play, creative play or dramatic play items. Although shipping charges on these type items are generally 15-20% please contact Customer Service Toll Free at 800-338-8314 or e-mail us at colemans@tcworks.net for a shipping quote. The minimum shipping charge on orders under $100.00 is $7.95.
RETURNS
Please provide us with an item # and invoice # when contacting us for a return. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. Item must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. All merchandize must be returned within 20 days of invoice date. We apologize but we cannot accept returns on books or special order products under any circumstances. |
